This is intended for larger companies and includes advanced features, one of the main ones being support of email-based request processing. The importance of this feature is clear: email messaging is a critical component of legacy infrastructure for many companies, making it the optimal way to receive user or customer requests in many cases.

Standard Edition of HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint offers seamless integration of a smart helpdesk system directly into your existing SharePoint environment. As mentioned above, there is email-based request processing and other great features such as answer template management, advanced reporting for technicians’ activity, and an SLA system.
