HarePoint Workflow Extensions for Office 365 quick start manual

You can use the product absolutely free of charge for 30-days. There is one limitation only: the number of HarePoint Workflow Actions starts is limited to 10 000 runs.

• Open App Catalog Site in SharePoint Admin Center.
• Click Show more... and select Admin centers – SharePoint.
• Click apps.

Select App Catalog. If it does not yet exist, create it.

In the left menu open Apps for SharePoint, click Upload. Browse to HarePointWorkflowExtensionsO365.app file on your disk and click OK:

Add HarePoint Workflow Extensions for Office 365 to your site.

Go to Site Contents on your site and click New – App:

In the Apps you can add section, click on HarePoint Workflow Extensions for Office 365:

Click Trust It in the pop up window:

HarePoint Workflow Extensions for Office 365 app will shortly appear under Site Contents on your site:

After the app is added, you can proceed with in-app deployment steps.

Click on HarePoint Workflow Extensions for Office 365 app. The first time you add an app to the site, you will be prompted to enter an account name – this account will be used for billing. We recommend using your company name or organizational unit.

After registration, the application will inform that the package with custom actions is not deployed on the current site collection. An initial installation wizard will be displayed. Select Install and click Next.

At the next step, select to which subsites (if any) HarePoint Workflow Extensions for Office 365 should be deployed as well:

Click Next. The installation will take only few minutes.

Once installation is complete, connect to the site using SharePoint Designer. Under the Actions button you will find over 200 new custom actions. HarePoint Workflow Extensions now runs in fully functional 30-day Trial mode.

Start working with the product using a 30-days trial and switch to FREE license or choose the subscription plan that suits your needs.

FREE subscription plan has two limitations:

• You can operate one workflow only
• "Convert document to PDF" action is not available.

If you need to operate with more than one workflow choose one of the paid subscription plans. You can select monthly or annual billing scheme.
