Licensing

The trial version has no limitations. But if you would like to use HarePoint HelpDesk for SharePoint after the 30-day evaluation period, purchase and registration are required.

HarePoint HelpDesk licensing is Server-based - the object of licensing is Web Front End server (WFE). You need to license all WFEs in your environment. The number of users (helpdesk operators) is unlimited with this model.

License notes and renewal

Upon purchase, your license comes with one-year update and maintenance period. Once this initial period expires, an extension for a further year needs to be purchased to maintain access to the latest product updates and technical support.
