HarePoint Analytics for SharePoint (SaaS) purchase

The cost of your purchase is the amount that you pay for the first term of your subscription (month or year) for the selected number of users covered. Once your first term is expired, your subscription will be automatically renewed; you will be notified in advance. You can switch your subscription to a manual renew mode, this option is available too.

30 days FREE trial starts immediately after product installation. After your trial period expires you will have an option to purchase a subscription. The data collected and processed during the trial will not be lost.

You can place your order and process the payment afterselecting the Subscription plan above. You will be invoiced electronically. The license will be delivered to you shortly after the payment is complete. If you have additional questions, please contact our sales team.

You can upgrade/downgrade your subscription anytime by adding or excluding additional number of covered users. Each such case will be considered by our sales team to offer you the best possible pricing and terms.

You can cancel your subscription anytime. This action will take effect after the end of billing cycle (month or year).

Active subscription includes technical support and product updates

During your active Subscription period, the prices for the Service will not change. We can change, cancel or archive some of the Subscription Plans, but it will not affect the terms and prices of your active Subscription. You can continue using your current Subscription on the same terms. We do our best to keep our prices unchanged, however if the Subscription plans are changed (e.g. if Azure service prices change, etc.) the current prices for our customers will remain until the Subscription renewal. We will inform you 30 days prior the date of your current Subscription expiration.
