HarePoint Workflow Extensions 1.5 is released

We are glad to present new version (v.1.5) of HarePoint Workflow Extensions for SharePoint 2010.

HarePoint Workflow Extensions provides over 180 ready-to-use activities for SharePoint workflows authoring. This software product allows you to create complex workflows with the assistance of well-known tools: Microsoft SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Visual Studio, and this fact makes the solution very attractive for organizations which would like to avoid using complicated platforms and solutions for workflow authoring.

There are 11 new and several updated activities in the new version of the product: e-mail activities, strings processing activities, activities for operations with document libraries and lists, network activities.

Here is an improtant detail regarding new activities - 4 activities for operations with Microsoft InfoPath:

• Send E-Mail with InfoPath Attachments: this workflow action is used to send e-mail with specified InfoPath attachment of specified list item.
• Copy InfoPath Attachments to Document Library: this workflow action is used to copy InfoPath attachments of specified list item to document library.
• Download InfoPath Attachments to Folder: this workflow action is used to save InfoPath attachments of specified list item to local disk or to network share.
• Remove InfoPath Attachments: This workflow action is used to remove InfoPath attachments from the list item specified by URL.

We also would like to mark out the "Encrypt Credentials" tool which is added to the new version - it allows you to set up encrypted login and password for different activities. The highest level of workflow security can be achieved with this tool.
