HarePoint Analytics for SharePoint Maintenance Manual

We are happy to present a completely re-vamped document for guiding you in your work with HarePoint Analytics for SharePoint with greater ease and productivity than ever – the new Maintenance Manual for HarePoint Analytics has been released this week.

This new guide is intended for solution Administrators; the main aim is the optimization of product settings as well as the checking and resolving of issues. The guide contains a detailed description of the "HarePoint Analytics Utility" diagnostic tool that facilitates a comprehensive check of the product deployment, monitoring of the current status of all product components, and collection of all required information if any issues appear. The diagnostic tool also provides key information about product settings and allows running of a range of specific operations during deployment and use of the product.

Secondly, the manual includes information about all the main components of data collection and processing in HarePoint Analytics (HTTP module, Timer jobs, data collection filters, etc.); their functions, and the fine-tuning in the settings that make the product work ideally. Another significant benefit of new manual is that it describes the product database and its maintenance.
