Situation:
SharePoint captures usage data but there isn't any user friendly interface to view usage analytics report.​

Solution:
HarePoint Analytics for SharePoint​​

Result:
We are using HarePoint Analytics to monitor our Portal Usage and using the information we are taking necessary actions like creating search rules, query suggestions etc.

Bottom line:
It helped us in identifying that we need to have awareness campaign about our portal since we identified lack of usage.​​
